木醋液对滨海盐土解磷真菌Apophysomyces spSM-1生长代谢及其溶磷效果的影响

    摘要:

    为缓解不溶性磷酸盐累积造成的盐碱土壤板结问题,从江苏滨海盐碱土壤中筛选到一株具有较强溶磷能力的真菌菌株SM-1,并初步鉴定为Apophysomyces sp.,同时考察了木醋液对该菌生长及溶磷效果的影响。结果表明,木醋液的添加能够显著影响菌株SM-1的生长,添加量为0.1%的木醋液是其最适宜的生长浓度。菌株SM-1对不同磷源有着不同的分解能力,其中对磷酸三钙的分解能力最佳,培养基中水溶磷含量由93 mg·L-1提高到246.9 mg·L-1。木醋液对供试磷源没有分解效果,但添加木醋液则能够显著提高菌株对磷矿粉的分解能力,培养基中水溶磷含量由79 mg·L-1提高到115.3 mg·L-1,而对磷酸三钙的分解能力与单独接入菌株SM-1的效果相当。这预示着菌株SM-1与木醋液混合使用在改善盐碱化土壤肥力方面具有很好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In order to alleviate the problem of the hardened soil due to the accumulation of insoluble phosphate,a phosphatesolubilizing fungi strain SM1 had been isolated from the Jiangsu seashore saline soil.Strain SM1 was identified as Apophysomyces sp.,and how its growth,metabolism and phosphatedissolving ability were affected by pyroligneous acid was tested.The results showed that strain SM1 grew the best under 0.1% pyroligneous acid concentration.The strain SM1 could decompose different phosphorus forms,especially for the tricalcium phosphate.The available phosphate was improved from 93 mg·L-1 to 246.9 mg·L-1.Although pyroligeneous acid didnt dissolve the tested phosphate resource,but it promoted the solubilizing capability of strain SM1 in the liquid phosphate rock powder.Strain SM1 improved the available phosphate from 79 mg·L-1 to 1153 mg·L-1.In conclusion,phosphatesolubilizing fungi strain SM1 mixed with pyroligeneous acid had great potential to improve phosphorus utilization rate in saline soil.
