    摘要:

    对土壤—樱桃系统的Pb、Cr、Cd、Zn、Cu 5种重金属积累状况进行分析,用尼梅罗指数法对研究区土壤重金属污染水平进行评价,并采用目标危险系数(THQ)对食用樱桃的健康风险进行了评价。结果表明:土壤采样点中的土壤重金属单项污染指数小于1,综合污染指数小于0.7;樱桃可食用部位(果皮、果肉)重金属富集量有较大的差异,果皮富集重金属含量大于果肉;樱桃可食用部位单一重金属目标危险系数(THQ)和复合健康风险指数(TTHQ)都小于1,经食物途径摄入的Pb、Cr、Cd、Zn、Cu等元素对消费者的健康产生的风险比较低。

    Abstract:

    In this study,the accumulation of 5 heavy metals such as Pb,Cr,Cd,Zn and Cu in soilcherry system was analyzed,the health risk of edible cherry was evaluated by means of target danger coefficient (THQ),and the soil heavy metal pollution level was evaluated using the Nemero index method.The results showed that the single heavy metal pollution index of soil samples was less than 1,the comprehensive pollution index was less than 0.7.The accumulation of heavy metals content of the cherry edible part (peel and pulp)was distinct,which was higher in peel than pericarp pulp.Both of the single heavy metal THQ and the composite health risk index of the edible part of cherry was less than 1,which indicated that the individual health risk of heavy metals was low.
