森林土壤全磷测定中酸溶法的优化

    摘要:

    在标准LY/T 1232-2015《森林土壤磷的测定》基础上,通过多个实验对比总结,对土壤全磷测定中酸溶法进行了优化。原方法中,以二硝基酚作为指示剂,2 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液和0.5 mol/L硫酸溶液调色,从黄色到刚呈淡黄色,颜色变化不明显,肉眼判断误差极大。优化后采用硫酸-高氯酸酸溶法消解,以酚酞作指示剂,4 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液和0.5 mol/L硫酸溶液调色,从红色到无色,颜色更为清晰,操作更为简便,结果更为可靠。

    Abstract:

    Based on the standard LY/T 12322015 forest soil phosphorus determination,through multiple experimental comparison,the determination of soil total phosphorus with acid soluble method was optimized.In the original method,DNT was used as indicator,and 2 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution and 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution were used for color mixing,the color was from yellow to pale yellow,the color change was not obvious,and the naked eye judgment error was great.Optimized method used sulfuric acidsoluble perchlorate acid as digestion solution,and phenolphthalein as indicator,and used 4 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution and 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution for color mixing,the color showed from red to colorless,which was more clear to distinguish,and the result was more reliable.
