    摘要:

    2011~2014年,在内蒙古短花针茅荒漠草原设置了氮、磷和氮磷配施等3种施肥处理以及单施氮肥的3个不同添加梯度处理,并以未施肥为对照,采用LI-8100 土壤碳通量测量系统测定了各处理样地土壤呼吸速率季节变化,结合土壤养分、地下生物量和环境因子,分析了不同施肥处理下土壤呼吸的变化规律及其与各影响因子之间的关系。结果表明:1)土壤呼吸季节变化规律不受施肥的影响,呈单峰型,最高值出现在每年8月。2)土壤呼吸与气温和降雨量呈指数相关关系,其年际变化受降雨量的影响较大。3)单施N肥、单施P肥和NP配施均促进生长季土壤呼吸,但其作用程度受降雨量多少而不同,降雨量越高对土壤呼吸的影响越明显。4)随着N肥添加量的增加,土壤呼吸速率呈增强趋势,但土壤呼吸与环境因子间的相关性减弱;单施P处理生长季平均土壤呼吸速率最高,NP配施处理稍低,二者随气温和降雨量的变化幅度大于单施N肥处理。

    Abstract:

    In 2011~2014,the field experiment with different fertilizer treatments was conducted in the Stipa brevifloradesert steppe of Inner Mongolia.The LI-8100 was used to investigate seasonal variations of soil respiration rate,and combined with soil nutrients,underground biomass and environmental factors to analyze the relationships between soil respiration rate and impact factors.The results showed:1)The seasonal variations of soil respiration were emerged unimodal curve,and the peak occurred in August.There were not affected by fertilization2)The soil respiration was exponential correlation with temperature and precipitation,and its interannual variations were affected by precipitation3)N,P and NP fertilizer all could promote soil respiration in growing season,but the effect degree depends on precipitation.The higher the precipitation is,the better the effect will be4)With the increased N fertilizer,the soil respiration rate was enhanced,but the correlation between soil respiration and environmental factors was weakened.The changes of soil respiration rate in P and NP fertilizer treatments were greater than that in N fertilizer treatment,and the seasonal average soil respiration rate were highest in P fertilizer,and second in NP fertilizer.
