    摘要:

    为了探讨设施二氧化碳(CO2)加富对黄瓜光合适应发生的影响,采用开顶式气室(OTC)设两个CO2浓度(380、1 000 μmol·mol-1)和两个钾(K)素水平(200、400 mg·kg-1),研究了黄瓜光合特征变化规律。结果表明:CO2加富可使黄瓜鲜果重显著增加,并与钾素有显著交互作用;黄瓜在OTC条件下也会产生光合适应,发生在CO2加富第24~30 d间,增加K素水平有缓解光合适应的潜力;CO2加富时黄瓜叶片最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)较稳定,在短期(14 d)CO2加富时随着净光合速率(Pn)的增加,初始叶绿素荧光值(Fo)、最大叶绿素荧光值(Fm)与实际光化学效率(Fv′/Fm′)均显著增加;在长期(35 d)CO2加富时Fo、Fm无显著变化,Fv′/Fm′值降低,且K素水平的增加没有改变CO2加富带来的变化;光合适应发生后的第35 d没有发现K素水平能够缓解光响应曲线与CO2响应曲线由来的光合参数降低的迹象。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effect of elevated CO2 concentration on photosynthetic acclimation of cucumber,an open toptype gas chamber(OTC) was used.Two CO2 concentrations(380 μmol·mol1,1 000 μmol·mol1) and two K concentrations(200 and 400 mg·kg1) were applied to study the variation of photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber.The results showed that elevated CO2 concentration significantly increased the weight of fresh cucumber.And there were some significant interactions between CO2 concentration and K concentration on the weight.Cucumber growing in TOC with elevated CO2 concentration had photosynthetic acclimation,which occurred during 24~30 d.However,there was the potential to weaken photosynthetic acclimation with increased K concentration.The value of Fv/Fm of cucumber leaves was more stable with elevated CO2 concentration,and the values of Fo,Fm and Fv′/Fm′ were significantly increased with the increase of Pn during shortterm(14 d) elevated CO2 concentration.During the longterm(35 d) elevated CO2 concentration,there was no significant change of Fo and Fm,but the value of Fv′/Fm′ decreased.The increase of K concentration did not change the phenomenon caused by elevated CO2 concentration.At 35 day for photosynthetic acclimation,no sign of increased K concentrations was found to mitigate the decrease of photosynthetic parameters resulting from the photosynthetic response curve and the CO2 response curve.
