The experiment was to clarify the effect of different concentrations and foliar spraying period of Na2SeO3 to grape leaves on fruit quality and leaf senescence,using 3yearsold Hutai8 grape as the experimental material.The results indicates that Se has mobility in grape,and it is reusable.The Se contents in the younger leaves are positively correlated with those in the old leaves after Se spraying (r=0.99).The fruit quality of 50 mg/L Na2SeO3 treatment is the best,and the senescence of functional leaves are postponed.Among the treatments of different Se spraying periods,the best fruit quality occurs in the initial coloring period.Fertilizer Na2SeO3 spraying effectively increases the Se content of grape fruits and improves fruit quality and the chlorophyll content of leaves which can improve photosynthesis thus can delay leaf senescence.
