    摘要:

    为探明 4种有机废弃物及施用量对甜菜苗期生长及土壤盐分的影响,采用盐碱土开展甜菜盆栽试验,施用不同浓度味精废弃物、加菌味精废弃物、沼液、动物氨基酸,以清水为对照,观测盆栽土壤的 pH值、盐分及甜菜苗期生长指标。结果表明,施用沼液与动物氨基酸能降低土壤的 pH值,施高浓度沼液的土壤 pH降值 1.46个单位,效果明显;施用 150 g·m-2味精废弃物与加菌味精废弃物能明显降低土壤盐分,脱盐率分别达到 33%、31%;同时 150 g·m-2加菌味精废弃物能显著提高发芽质量,发芽率达到 88%,活力指数较对照增加 3.59;施用 50 g·m-2动物氨基酸能有效促进甜菜生长,干物质较对照增重 3.95 g。研究结果可为高效利用有机废弃物改善新疆盐碱地与甜菜生长环境提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effect of four organic wastes on the improvement of saline-alkali soil in Xinjiang and theseedling emergence and growth of sugar beet at seedling stage under different concentrationtreatments,pot experiment wasconducted on saline-alkali soil with sugarbeet.Four different organic wastes include aginomotooffal,aginomoto offal withbacteria,biogas slurry and animal amino acids was used at different concentration to explore the effects on the soilpH,soilsalt and physiological index of sugarbeet,water was used ascontrol.Results indicated that aginomoto offal with bacteriaand biogas slurry decrease soilpH,high biogas slurry reduced soil pH by1.46.150 g·m-2 aginomoto offal and aginomotooffal with bacteria reduced soil salt significantly by 31%~33%,150 g·m-2 aginomoto offal with bacteria promoted sugarbeet germination qualitysignificantly,the germination rate increased to88%,and the germination index increased by 3.59compared to contrast.50 g·m-2animal amino acids water soluble fertilizer promoted sugar beetgrowth,weight of drysubstance increased by 3.95 g compared withcontrast.It is concluded that aginomoto offal with bacteria and animal aminoacids water soluble fertilizer can improve saline-alkalisoil.
