    摘要:

    为探究不同粒径生物炭对土壤物理化学特性以及土壤碳库的影响,在盆栽条件下,设置 5个生物炭粒径施用水平:CK(不施生物炭)、T1(500~ 2 000 μm)、T2(250~ 500 μm)、T3(20~ 250 μm)、T4(<20μm)。结果表明:(1)不同粒径生物炭均能显著降低土壤容重,以 T4降幅最大(4.13%)。(2)不同粒径生物炭均能显著提高田间持水量(WHC),提高幅度表现为 T4>T3>T2>T1,但施生物炭处理间差异不显著。(3)施生物炭均能显著提升水稳性团聚体平均重量直径,以 T4处理最高,但 T4、T3、T2处理间差异不显著。(4)施用生物炭处理的土壤全碳、水溶性有机碳、易氧化态碳均显著高于 CK,常规粒径生物炭在烤烟生育初期较不施生物炭显著增加了土壤微生物量碳(MBC)含量,后期则降低土壤 MBC含量。小粒径生物炭较常规粒径生物炭 T1在烤烟移栽 45d后显著降低了土壤微生物量碳含量。(5)生物炭粒径越小,对土壤碳库管理指数的提升效果越好,T4对土壤碳库管理指数提升显著。综上所述,生物炭粒径越小对土壤容重、田间持水量及团粒结构的改良效果越优,同时,小粒径生物炭施用下土壤有机碳活性和碳库管理指数均优于常规粒径生物炭,更有利于提升地力和改善土壤质量。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of biochar with different particle sizes on soil physical properties and soil carbonpool,five biochar particle size levels were set up with potexperiment:CK(nobiochar),T1(500~2 000 μm),T2(250~500 μm),T3(20~250 μm),T4(<20 μm).The results showedthat:(1)All biochar with differentparticle sizes significantly reduced soil bulkdensity,with the largest decrease by 4.13% inT4.(2)Different particle sizesof biochar significantly increased the field water holdingcapacity(WHC),and the increase rate wasT4>T3>T2>T1,butthe difference between biochar treatments was not significant.(3)The application of biochar significantly increased the water-stable aggregateWMD,which was the highest with T4treatment,but the difference betweenT4,T3 and T2 treatmentwas not significant.(4)The soil total organiccarbon,dissolved organic carbon and readily oxidized organic carbon in thesoil treated with biochar were significantly higher than those ofCK.The conventional biochar had significantly increased soil MBC content in the early stage of flue-cured tobaccogrowth,reduced soil MBC content in laterstage.(5)The smaller thebiochar particle size,the better the improvement of the soil carbon pool management index,and the T4 had a significantincrease in the soil carbon pool managementindex.Insummary,the smaller the biochar particle size,the better the soilbulk density,field water holding capacity and agglomerate structure improvement.At the same time,the soil organic carbon activity and carbon pool management index of small particle size biochar application are better than the conventionalparticle sizebiochar.It is more conducive to improving fertility and improving soilquality.
