连作植烟土壤酚酸类物质积累特征及其相互作用关系分析

    摘要:

    为探明连作植烟土壤酚酸类物质积累特征及其相互作用关系,利用高效液相色谱外标法检测了同一植烟区域不同种植年限土壤(4、6、8、14和16年)浸提液中酚酸类物质的种类和含量,并基于曲线估计方法和逐步回归模型,探讨了酚酸类物质在连作条件下的积累特征及其相互作用关系。结果表明,8种酚酸在不同连作植烟土壤中被检出,且其中6种具有明显的积累趋势;曲线估计分析表明不同酚酸积累特征存在差异,其中间苯三酚、阔马酸、对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸和香兰素以增长曲线趋势积累,阿魏酸含量以幂函数趋势积累。相关性分析和逐步回归分析表明,间苯三酚和阿魏酸含量之间存在互相促进关系,阿魏酸对阔马酸含量具有促进作用,香草酸对对羟基苯甲酸含量具有促进作用,香兰素和苯甲酸分别对香草酸含量存在促进和抑制作用;香草酸和苯甲酸对香兰素含量有促进作用。综上所述,连作导致植烟土壤酚酸类物质积累,且积累特征存在差异;酚酸类物质间存在不同程度促进或抑制作用,其作用方式取决于酚酸种类。

    Abstract:

    To identify the accumulation characteristics and interactions of phenolic acids in continuous cropping tobacco-planted soils,the types and contents of phenolic acids in the extracts of soil in different planted years(4,6,8,14 and 16 years)in the same tobacco planting area were collected and determined using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)external standard method,and the accumulation characteristics and interactions of phenolic acids under continuous cropping conditions were discussed based on the curve estimation method and stepwise regression model.Eight kinds of phenolic acids were detected in different continuous cropping tobacco-planted soils and six of them had obvious accumulation trend.Curve estimation analysis showed that there were differences in the accumulation characteristics of different phenolic acids,and among them the accumulative trend of the growth curve was found for phloroglucinol,coumalic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,vanillic acid and vanillin,and the ferulic acid content accumulated as a power function.Correlation and stepwise regression analysis showed that there was a mutual promotion relationship between the content of phloroglucinol and ferulic acid,ferulic acid had a promoting effect on the content of lauric acid,and vanillic acid had a promoting effect on the content of p-hydroxybenzoic acid.Lanthanol and benzoic acid had effect of promoting and inhibiting vanillic acid content respectively,vanillic acid and benzoic acid had a promoting effect on vanillin content.Therefore,under the experimental conditions,continuous cropping resulted in the accumulation of phenolic acids in tobacco-planted soil and there were differences in their accumulation characteristics.Phenolic acids have different degrees of promotion or inhibition and their mode of action depends on the type of phenolic acids.
