    摘要:

    以白菜三角早熟五号为供试品种,设置5个氮钾肥配比组合的田间试验,研究重庆地区酸性紫色土和碱性紫色土氮钾肥配施对白菜产量和品质的影响,以期为该地区生产优质白菜和合理利用土壤氮钾养分资源提供科学依据。结果表明:两种土壤氮钾肥配施较NMK0处理(无钾)均显著提高白菜产量,其中酸性土增产率为9.4%~16.4%,碱性土增产率为11.7%~19.2%;白菜产量为碱性土>酸性土;两种土壤下氮肥的增产效应均优于钾肥。两种土壤氮钾肥配施均显著降低白菜硝酸盐含量(均以NHKM处理效果最好),而适量钾肥施用能显著提高碱性土白菜Vc含量。增施氮肥和施用适量钾肥能显著提高白菜糖含量、各必需氨基酸含量和氨基酸总量,且均以NHKM处理最高。两种土壤白菜氨基酸品质性状均以苦味氨基酸>鲜味氨基酸>甜味氨基酸,且甜味氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸含量之和占氨基酸总量的一半以上。综合考虑白菜产量和品质效应,NHKM处理为供试两种紫色土的最优氮钾肥配施组合。

    Abstract:

    Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer combination on yield and quality of Chinese cabbage in two purple soils,so as to provide a scientific basis of producing and utilizing soil nitrogen and potassium resources for high yield and high quality of cabbage in Chongqing.A Chinese cabbage named Triangle Precocious 5 was used as tested material and five nitrogen and potassium fertilizer combinations were conducted.Results showed that nitrogen and potassium fertilizer combination treatments significantly increased yield of cabbage compared with NMK0 treatment by 9.4%~16.4% in acid soil,11.7%~19.2% in alkaline soil,and cabbage yield of alkaline soil was higher than that of acid soil.The nitrogen fertilizer effects on yield were better than potassium fertilizer in both kinds of soil.In both soil,the combined application of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers significantly reduced the nitrate content of Chinese cabbage(the NHKM treatment had the best effect),while suitable potassium fertilizer application significantly increased the cabbage vitamin C concentration in alkaline soil.Increased application of nitrogen fertilizer and moderate application of potassium fertilizer significantly increased the sugar content,the content of essential amino acids and the total amount of amino acids in cabbage,and the best effect was the NHKM treatment.The cabbage amino acid contents were in the order of bitter amino acid concentration>umami amino acid concentration>sweet amino acid concentration,and the sum of sweet and umami amino acids accounted for more than half of the total amino acids.Considering the yield and quality effect,NHKM treatment was the optimal combination of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers under this condition to Chinese cabbage.
