    摘要:

    用猪粪等原料作堆肥底物,并分别添加质量分数为 0%、5%、10%、20%的苹果渣以及 1%的柠檬酸作添加剂,记作 CK、AP1、AP2、AP3、N。采用自行设计的强制通风静态垛堆肥反应器,进行为期 30 d的好氧混合堆肥。根据苹果渣与猪粪混合堆肥过程中各养分变化来研究苹果渣对堆肥效果的影响及其保氮效果,为猪粪有机肥的规模化生产提供理论支持,实现农业资源的可持续化。结果表明:各试验堆肥均达到无害化和腐熟化的要求;各处理全 P和全 K含量总体呈上升趋势,但添加 20%的果渣处理不利于 P含量的积累;苹果渣中的果酸可以降低堆肥的 pH值,从而减少 NH 4+-N向氨气的转化,降低氮素损耗起到保氮效果;添加 10%的苹果渣处理的全氮含量最高,保氮效果最好,添加 5%的苹果渣处理对 NH 4+-N的积累最好;苹果渣作为猪粪好氧堆肥调理剂可以提高堆肥效果,实现农业资源的可持续化。

    Abstract:

    30 days aerobic composting was conducted by home-made forced ventilation static pile composting reactor using rawmaterials such as pig manure as compostsubstrate,and apple residue with the proportion of0%,5%,10%,20% respectivelyand 1% citricacid.The effects of apple residue on swine feces composting were studied according nutrients change during thecomposting process,in order to provide theoretical support for using swine feces as organic fertilizer and achieve sustainableutilization of agriculturalresources.The results showed that the composts of all treatments had met the requirement of theinnocuity and maturity by the Fecal Harmless HealthStandard.The total P and K contents showed increasinggradually,butadding 20% of apple residue decreased the accumulation of Pcontent.The fruit acid in the apple residue reduced the pH of the compost and reduced the conversion of NH4+-N to ammonia gas,thereby reduced nitrogen loss then maintained the nitrogenretentioneffect.The addition of 10% apple residue had the highest total nitrogen content and the best nitrogen retentioneffect, 5% apple residue treatment had the greatest impact on the accumulation of NH4+-N.As the swine feces aerobic compostingconditioner,apple pomace can improve the composting effect and realize the sustainable development of agriculturalresources.
