    摘要:

    为研究不同种类来源商品有机肥对海南砖红壤中铅、铜形态转化的影响,将海藻、羊粪、鸡粪、氨基酸、豆粕和烟叶为原料的商品有机肥添加到铅、铜单一和复合污染土壤中,经老化培养后,采用 EDTA提取法和 Tessier连续提取法测定了各类有机肥施用下土壤中不同形态铅、铜含量。结果表明:与不施用有机肥处理组相比,施用有机肥能够降低土壤中 EDTA提取态铅、铜的含量,降低幅度分别为 3.73%~ 24.19%和 8.88%~72.64%;添加有机肥使土壤中的残渣态铅、铜含量分别增加了 1.03~ 4.28倍和 1.02~ 1.48倍,有机结合态铅、铜含量分别增加了 1.33~ 8.81倍和 1.39~ 4.92倍,碳酸盐结合态铅、铜含量分别减少了21.06%~ 55.51%和 14.39%~ 45.16%。不同种类有机肥对单一和复合污染土壤中铅、铜形态转化特征存在差异,对于铅形态转化效果而言,单一和复合污染条件下先后顺序分别为:海藻 >鸡粪 >氨基酸 >豆粕 >烟叶 >羊粪,海藻 >豆粕 >氨基酸 >鸡粪 >羊粪 >烟叶;对于铜形态转化效果而言,单一和复合污染条件下先后顺序分别为:豆粕 >海藻 >氨基酸=烟叶 >鸡粪 >羊粪,豆粕 >氨基酸 >海藻 >鸡粪 >烟叶 >羊粪。综合而言,有机肥对单一污染土壤中重金属铅、铜的钝化效果优于复合污染土壤,不同种类有机肥的铅、铜形态转化效果不同。

    Abstract:

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organic fertilizers from different materials on the form andtransformation of lead and copper in the laterite of Hainanprovince.In thisstudy,organic fertilizers made fromseaweed,sheepdung,chickendung,aminoacids,soybean meal and tobacco leaves were added to single or combined contaminatedsoil with Pb and Cu. After 30 days of soilculture,the contents of Pb and Cu in the soil were determined by tessier continuousextraction method.Results showed that application of organic fertilizer reduced the contents of bioavailable Pb and Cu in soil by 3.73%~ 24.19% and 8.88%~72.64% respectively.The content of residual lead and copper in soil increasedby 1.03~ 4.28 times and 1.02~ 1.48 timesrespectively,and the content of organic bound lead and copper increased by 1.33~ 8.81 times and 1.39~4.92times,respectively,and the content of carbonate bound lead and copper decreasedby 21.06%~ 55.51% and 14.39%~ 45.16% respectively by adding organicfertilizer.The application of different organicfertilizers led to different of transformation characteristics of lead and copper.For the single or combined contaminated soiltransformation effect of lead form,the sequence ranked as seaweed>chicken manure>amino acid>soybean meal>tobaccoleaf>sheep manure,and seaweed>soybean meal>amino acid>chicken manure>sheep manure>tobaccoleaf,respectively.For the single or combined contaminated soil transformation effect of cooperform,the sequence ranked as soybeanmeal>seaweed>amino acid=tobacco leaf>chicken manure>sheep manure,soybean meal>amino acid>seaweed>chickenmanure>tobacco leaf>sheepmanure,respectively.Generallyspeaking,immobilization effect of organic fertilizer on heavymetal lead and copper in single contaminated soil is better than that of combined contaminated soil,and different kinds of organic fertilizers have different effects on the transformation of lead and copper forms.
