Synergistic effect of different organic matters and mycorrhizal fungi on biomass and quality of sweet maize

    摘要:

    以甜玉米(Zea Mays L.)为寄主植物,丛枝菌根真菌根(AM)内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices)为菌根真菌,施加泥炭、泥灰和有机肥,研究其对菌根化甜玉米产量、氮、磷、根部精氨酸(Arg)、可溶性糖及其蛋白质品质的协同影响。研究结果发现,AM真菌能够侵染甜玉米植物根系,菌根化甜玉米幼苗比正常玉米高出 17.5%,施加泥炭和泥灰则分别提高了 25.01%和 23.21%。施加有机肥时穗重和株重最高,分别为 301.16和 334.50 g,提高了 49.53%和 67.83%,且菌根侵染率提高 27.7%。AM真菌菌根化玉米与正常玉米相比籽粒中的总蛋白增加12.25%,而施加泥炭和泥灰时,玉米籽粒中的总蛋白显著高于对照组约 20.1%;菌根化甜玉米籽粒总磷含量比正常玉米提高了 50.2%,施加有机肥时,菌根化玉米籽粒总磷含量提高 75.1%。施加其他有机物料时效果不明显。施加泥炭和泥灰,玉米根部精氨酸含量最多,分别为 3.38和 2.97 mg/g。施加泥灰的菌根化玉米籽粒中糖含量为90.3 mg/g,比正常玉米提高了近一倍。施加泥炭和泥灰时,醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白含量相对较高。施加泥炭时菌根化玉米籽粒每种氨基酸组分均大于空白组,总氨基酸含量提高14.98%。

    Abstract:

    The synergistic effects of arbuscular mycorrohizalfungal( Glomous intraradices)biofertilizer onyield,N,P,rootArg,solutable sugar and protein contents of sweetcorn( Zea MaysL.)were studied with addingpeat,marl,organicfertilizer.The result showed that AM fungus were colonized with maize,the height of mycorrhizal seedling were 17.5% higher than the non -mycorrhiza’s,and it increased by 25.01% or 23.21% when applied together with either peat ormarl.The weights of mycorrhizal maizecob and plant with addition of organic fertilizer were 301.16 and 334.50 g,improved by49.53%,67.83% respectively. The total protein in mycorrhizal seeds increased by 12.25% comparing to the non-mycorrhiza’s,with addition of peat ormarl increased by20.1%.The amount of total phosphorus in mycorrhizal maize seeds was thehighest,compared to non -mycorrhizal maize,it increased by50.2%;and increrased by 75.1% when applied together with organic fertilizer.Arg inmycorrhizal roots with treatment of marl and peat were3.38,2.97 mg/grespectively,which was higher than that ofcontrol.Theamounts of soluble sugar in mycorrhizal maize seeds were the highest with marltreatment,which were up to 90.3mg/g.Withtreatment of peat andmarl,the mycorrhizal seeds had higher gluten andprolamine.The total amino acid contents with peattreatment were higher than that of thecontrol,increased by 14.98%.
