    摘要:

    探究了食用百合根际土壤中酶活性的变化、土壤养分的含量及其对百合鳞茎产量的影响,为食用百合在生产过程中克服连作障碍和有机肥替代化肥施肥管理等方面提供参考依据。采用钾肥和有机肥配施处理的不同组合,通过田间试验,测定各不同处理对食用百合 0~ 20 cm土层土壤酶、土壤养分、植株养分及产量的影响。首先,在钾肥与有机肥的配施处理下,食用百合根际土壤中蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶和脲酶的酶活性均在高量钾肥与高量有机肥施用条件下为最高,并且钾肥对酶活性的提高作用强度高于有机肥的作用。特别是在百合植株生长后期,配施的肥效更明显,而且土壤酶活性对有机肥的响应也更活跃。同时,土壤硝态氮、速效钾的含量对钾肥与有机肥配施梯度的响应表现为增长差异持续递减的态势,有效磷的含量与前两者不同之处表现为,随着钾肥施入量的增高而降低。此外,钾肥与有机肥配施处理中以双高施肥量下对鳞茎产量的提高最显著,土壤酶、硝态氮、速效钾与鳞茎产量间呈显著或极显著性正相关,有效磷则与之弱相关。钾肥与有机肥处理能够提高个体发育水平,改善土壤环境,为下一年百合的继续生长储备好丰富的物质,调节好良好的土壤养分状况。

    Abstract:

    The changes of rhizosphere soil enzymeactivity,soil nutrient content and its effect on Lily bulb yield was investigated to provide reference for overcoming continuous cropping obstacles and organic fertilizer substitution for chemicalfertilizer management in the production process of edibleLily.Different combinations of potassium fertilizer and organicfertilizer were used to determine the effects of different treatments on soil enzymes and soil nutrients in 0~ 20 cm soillayer,plant nutrients and yield of edibleLily.Firstly,the activities of sucrase,alkaline phosphatase and urease in the rhizospheresoil of edible Lily were the highest under the conditions of high potassium fertilizer and high organicfertilizer,and the effectof potassium fertilizer on enzyme activity was stronger than that of organic fertilizer.Especially in the late growth stage ofLily,the effect of fertilizer combination was moreobvious,and the response of soil enzyme activity to organic fertilizer wasmoreactive.At the same time,the response of the content of soil nitrate nitrogen and available potassium to the gradient of potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer application showed a trend of continuous decline in growth difference, and the difference between the content of available phosphorus and the former two was that the content of available phosphorusdecreased with the increase of potassium fertilizerapplication.Inaddition,potassium fertilizer combined with organicfertilizer increased the bulb yield most significantly under both high fertilizer application.Soil enzymes,nitrate nitrogen,available potassium and bulb yield had significant or extremely significant positive correlation,while available phosphorushad weak correlation.Potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer treatment can improve individual development level and soilenvironment,store abundant substances and regulate soil nutrient status for Lily growth in the next year.
