Effects of different concentrations of 5-aminolevulinic acid on photosynthetic characteristics of taxus chinensis seedlings

    摘要:

    为了探知红豆杉的高产栽培技术,以生长一致的盆栽红豆杉幼苗为材料,探究了喷施不同浓度(0、10、20、40、60mg/L)的 5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对红豆杉幼苗光合特性和生长状况的影响。利用 Li-6400XT便捷式光合测定系统测定各浓度喷施下红豆杉幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr),并用 Michaelis-Menten方程对光响应曲线进行模拟,同时对各生长指标进行测量。结果表明:与对照相比,喷施 10、20、40、60 mg/L的 ALA能够提升红豆杉幼苗的净光合速率,气孔导度,蒸腾速率,从而改善其生长状况,其中在试验浓度范围内,喷施 20 mg/L ALA的提升效果最为显著。与对照相比,喷施10、20、40、60 mg/L的 ALA还能够改变红豆杉幼苗的光响应曲线拟合参数,能够提升红豆杉幼苗的最大净光合速率、光饱和点和表观量子效率,同时降低其光补偿点和暗呼吸速率。其中在试验浓度范围内,喷施 20 mg/L的 ALA的影响最为显著。因此,在试验浓度范围内,20 mg/L的 ALA为促进红豆杉幼苗生长的适宜浓度。

    Abstract:

    In order to find out the high yield cultivation techniques of taxus chinensis,taking taxus chinensis seedlings with consistent growth as test material,the effects of spraying different concentration of 5 -aminolevulinic acid(ALA)(0,10,20,40 and 60 mg·L -1)on photosynthetic characteristics and growth status of taxus chinensis seedlings were studied.The net photosynthesis(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci),transpirationrate(Tr)of each Taxus chinensis seedlings were measured by Li -6400XT convenient photosynthetic system.The light response curve was simulated by Michaelis-Menten equation,and the growth indexes of Taxus chinensis seedlings were also measured.The results showed that:Compared with thecontrol group,spraying10,20,40,60 mg/L ALA increased the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rateand growth status of taxus chinensis seedlings.The effect of ALA sprayed with 20 mg/L was the most significant.Compared with thecontrol group,spraying10,20,40,60 mg/L ALA also changed the fitting parameters of photo response curve of taxus chinensis seedlings,and it increased the maximum net photosynthetic rate,light saturation point,apparent quantum efficiency and reduced the light compensation point and dark respiration rate of taxus chinensisseedlings,and the effect of ALA sprayed with 20 mg/L was the mostsignificant.Inconclusion,in the range of experimentalconcentration,ALA of 20 mg/L was the most suitable concentration for promoting the growth of taxus chinensisseedlings.
