Preliminary study on microbial agents alleviating cotton continuous cropping obstacles in Xinjiang

    摘要:

    通过田间试验研究微生物菌剂对新疆棉花连作障碍的消减作用。试验结果表明,施用菌剂对连作棉田棉花黄萎病有明显的抑制作用,有效地降低发病指数和发病率的同时能够减弱病情,防效可达 50%左右,能够达到 9.64%~26.21%的增产幅度。施用微生物菌剂可显著提高棉花连作土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量分别为15.4%、36.8%、19.8%;且微生物菌剂处理后连作土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著提高,通过酶活等代谢活动降低土壤 pH值,增加土壤中磷钾的有效性并减少土壤对新施用磷钾肥的固定;施用未灭活微生物菌剂能显著降低棉花根系丙二醛含量 40.9%,提高根系活力 18.8%~68.8%,从而减轻连作对棉花的自毒作用,消减棉花连作障碍。

    Abstract:

    The field experiment was conducted to study the reduction effect of microbial agents on cotton continuouscropping obstacles inXinjiang.The results showed that the application of the microbial agent had a significant inhibition oncotton verticillium wilt in continuous cropping,which can effectively reduce the incidence index and incidence rate whilereducing the disease.The control efficiency could reach about 50% and the yield was increased by9.64%~26.21%.Theapplication of microbial agents significantly increased the content of alkalinitrogen,available phosphorus and potassium by15.4%,36.8%,19.8% in continuous croppingsoil.The activities of soilurease,phosphatase,sucrase and catalase weresignificantly increased in microbialtreatment.It also reduced soil pH through metabolic activities such as enzymeactivity, increased the availability of phosphorus and potassium in soil and reduced the fixation of soil to new application of phosphorusand potassium fertilizer.The microbial agent significantly reduced the MDA content of cotton roots by 40.9% and increasedthe root activity by18.8%~68.8%,thereby reducing the self -toxic effect of continuous cropping on cotton and continuous cropping obstacles.
