Effects of increasing planting density with reduced application nitrogen and rhizobium inoculation methods on N absorption and yield of adzuki bean plants

    摘要:

    为探明增密条件下减量施氮和接种根瘤菌对红小豆氮素吸收和产量的影响。于 2015~ 2018年在黑龙江省和平牧场开展玉米 -红小豆轮作长期定位试验,试验采用裂区设计,设置 M1(21万株·hm -2)、M2(28万株·hm-2)2种种植密度,F1(当地常规模式:基肥一次性施用 N 40 kg·hm -2,不接种根瘤菌)、F2(基肥施 N 10 kg·hm-2+初花期施 N 10 kg·hm -2+不接种根瘤菌)和F3(基肥施 N 10 kg·hm -2+初花期施 N 10 kg·hm -2+根瘤菌拌种)3种种植方式,比较了 2018年减量施氮下通过根瘤菌拌种对增密条件下红小豆氮素吸收、氮素转运和产量的差异及相互间的关系。试验结果表明:相同密度条件下,与 F1处理相比,F3处理鼓粒满期营养器官氮素含量增加幅度 4.44%~ 11.2%(P<0.05),鼓粒满期和收获期植株氮素积累量增加幅度为 5.61%~ 9.28%(P<0.05)鼓粒期 -鼓粒满期和鼓粒满期 -收获期阶段氮素积累量增加幅度 4.31%~ 24.5%(P<0.05),转运贡献率降低,7.00%~11.1%(P<0.05),同化贡献率增加幅度 12.5%~17.1%(P<0.05),产量增加幅度 2.89%~4.60%。相同种植模式下,密度从 21万株·hm -2增加到 28万株·hm -2时,花荚期后氮素积累量、氮素同化贡献率、鼓粒期 -鼓粒满期氮素阶段积累量和产量均随着密度的增加而降低。综上,种植密度为 21万株·hm -2条件下减 1/2氮 +根瘤菌拌种处理(F3)产量最高。研究结果为本地区轮作条件下红小豆高产高效栽培技术提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The long-term site-specific experiment of maize-red adzuki bean rotation in 2015~ 2018 was carried out to explore the effects of increasing planting density with reduced application nitrogen and rhizobium inoculation methods on Nabsorption and yield of adzuki beanplants,and a split -plots design with two planting densities(M1:210 000 plants·hm -2,M2:280 000 plants·hm -2)and three planting patterns(F1:using N 40 kg·hm -2only as basefertilizer,not inoculatedwith rhizobium,F2: starter-N 10 kg·hm-2 plus top-dressing N 10 kg·hm-2,not rhizobium mixed seed,F3: starter-N 10 kg·hm-2 plus top-dressing N 10 kg·hm-2,rhizobium mixed seed)were used.We analyzed the relationship between Naccumulation,translocation and yield of adzuki bean under the condition of increasing density and reduced nitrogenapplication with rhizobium inoculation methods in2018.Our results indicated that applying F3 treatment under the sameplantingdensity,compared toF1,N contents of vegetative organs increased by 4.44%~11.2%(P<0.05)at full seedstage,N accumulation increased by 5.61%~9.28%(P<0.05)at full seed stage and harvest stage,N accumulationincreased by 4.31% tO24.5%(P<0.05)during beginning seed stage to full seed stage and full seed stage to harveststage,contribution rate of nitrogen translocation to seed(CNT)decreased by 7.0% to11.1%(P<0.05),contribution rate ofnitrogen assimilation to seed(CNA)increased by 12.5% to17.1%(P<0.05),and yield increased by 2.89% to4.60%.Within the same fertilization pattern,when the density increased from 210 000 plants·hm -2 to 280 000 plants·hm-2,nitrogen accumulation after flower podstage,CNA,N accumulation during beginning seed stage to full seed stage and yielddecreased with the increasing of plantingdensity.Overall,the yield of reducing 50% nitrogen and rhizobium mixed seed of adzuki bean under the planting density of 210 000 plants·hm-2was higher than othertreatments.The results provide a theoretical basis for high yield and high efficiency cultivation techniques of adzuki bean under rotation conditions in this area.
