高硼胁迫对纽荷尔脐橙幼苗微量元素吸收与分配的影响

    摘要:

    研究高硼胁迫对纽荷尔脐橙幼苗微量元素(B、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mo)吸收与分配的影响,以期为脐橙的硼肥营养生理和生产中科学施用微量元素提供理论依据。以纽荷尔脐橙幼苗为试材,利用营养液培养方法进行高硼处理(B:200 μmol/L)和适硼处理(B:20 μmol/L,对照),测定根、砧木茎、上部接穗茎、下部接穗茎、上部叶、下部叶 6个部位微量元素的含量,并计算各部位微量元素积累量和分配率。高硼胁迫下纽荷尔脐橙幼苗根干物重显著下降,其他部位干物重没有明显变化,且各部位 B含量和积累量均显著增加,B在叶片中的分配率也明显提高。Mn、Fe、Zn、Mo主要在根部富集,高硼胁迫使各部位中的 Mn含量显著下降,根部 Fe含量和积累量也显著降低,但各部位中 Mn、Cu、Mo的分配率无明显变化;高硼胁迫显著降低了下部叶 Cu含量,也使上部接穗茎 Zn含量和积累量显著下降,并且根部和砧木茎 Mo含量显著增加。

    Abstract:

    The effects of high boron stress on the absorption and distribution of traceelements(B,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mo)in young plants of Newhall navel orange wererevealed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the nutritional physiologyof boron fertilizer and the scientific application of trace elements in production.In thisexperiment,young plants of Newhallnavel orange were used as test materials,and the young plants were treated with high boron treatment(B:200 μmol/L)and moderate borontreatment(B:20 μmol/L,control)by nutrient solution culturemethod.The young plants of Newhallnavel orange were divided intoroots,stem ofrootstocks,upper stem ofscions,lower stem ofscion,upper leaves and lowerleaves.The concentrations of trace elements were determined,and the accumulation and distribution of elements in eachpart werecalculated.Under the high boronstress,the dry weight of roots of young plants of Newhall navel orange decreasedsignificantly,and the dry weight of other parts did not changesignificantly,and the concentration and accumulation of B inall parts increasedsignificantly,and the distribution rate of B in leaves increasedsignificantly.Mn,Fe,Zn and Mo weremainly enriched in the roots.The high boron stress reduced the Mn concentration in each part significantly,and the Feconcentration and accumulation in the roots were also decreased significantly,but the distribution rate ofMn,Cu and Mo ineach part were not obviouslychanged.The change of high boron stress significantly reduced the concentration of Cu in thelowerleaves,and also decreased the concentration and accumulation of Zn in the upperstems,and the Mo concentration inroots and rootstocks increasedsignificantly.
