Effects of different substrate supply and substrate bag placement height on cucumber yield,quality and nutrient utilization

    摘要:

    为探究基质供应量和基质袋摆放高度对黄瓜生长、产量、品质、养分累积和基质养分利用率的影响,以‘博耐 526’黄瓜为试材,设置 3种单株基质供应量(5、7和 9 L)和 2种基质袋摆放高度(地面和下沉 20 cm摆放),共 6个处理。结果表明,随着基质供应量的增加,黄瓜产量显著提高,品质明显改善,基质供应量 9 L/株时,基质袋地面摆放和下沉 20 cm摆放的黄瓜单株产量最高,分别为 3 443.17和 2 799.47 g/株。同时,随着基质供应量的增加黄瓜 N、P、K累积量也呈现增加的趋势。在结果盛期,基质供应量为 9 L/株地面栽培的处理黄瓜全株 N、P、K显著高于其他处理,分别为 2406.88、530.06和 3 629.71 mg/株,且 P和 K的利用率也最高,分别为 56.59%和56.36%。仅考虑基质供应量,基质供应量为 9 L/株处理的黄瓜果实可溶性蛋白、维生素 C、还原糖和游离氨基酸表现最优。通过综合评价方法对黄瓜生长、产量、品质和基质养分利用率分析表明,基质供应量为 9 L/株且地面栽培的评分最高,该栽培方式能兼顾植株发育、产量和果实品质良好,可应用于黄瓜实际生产。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effects of different substrate supply and substrate bag placement height on cucumbergrowth,yield,quality,nutrient accumulation and matrix nutrient utilization,six treatments were setup:three kinds for per plantsubstratesupply(5,7 and 9L)and two placement heights ofsubstratebags(ground placement and sinking 20cm),using‘Bo Nai 526’cucumber was used as the test material.The results showed that the yield of cucumber was significantly improvedand the quality was improved obviously with the increase of substratesupply.When the substrate supply was 9L/plant,theyield of cucumber plants placed on the ground and sinking 20 cm of the substrate bag was thehighest,which were 3 443.17 and2 799.47 g/plant,respectively.At the same time,the cumulative amount of cucumberN,P and K also showed an increasingtrend with the increase of matrixsupply.When the substrate supply was 9 L/plant and substrate bag was placed on theground,theaccumulation ofN,P and K for cucumber was significantly higher than those of the other treatments during fullbearing,whichwere 2406.88,530.06 and 3 629.71 mg/plant,meanwhile,the P and K utilization rate of this treatment were also the highest,which were 56.59% and56.36%,respectively.Under the same substrate bag placement height,the soluble protein,vitaminC,reducing sugar and free amino acid of cucumber fruit with the substrate supply of 9 L/plant were thebest.The comprehensiveevaluation method was used to evaluate thegrowth,yield,quality and matrix nutrient utilization ofcucumber.The substratesupply was 9 L/plant and the ground cultivation had the highestscore.Under the cultivationmethod,the plantdevelopment,yieldand fruit quality weregood,and it could be applied to the actual production ofcucumber.
