    摘要:

    为探究不同氮肥品种对不同类型土壤苋菜镉(Cd)累积的影响,采用盆栽试验,以苋菜( Amaranshus mangostanus L.)为供试作物,在黄棕壤和赤红壤上设置尿素、硫酸铵、硝酸钠、硝酸铵及无肥(CK)5种处理,氮肥施用量均为 N 200mg/kg。结果表明:在黄棕壤上,尿素处理下苋菜地上部和地下部 Cd含量和 Cd累积量增幅最大,分别增加了 59%、90%和 243%、259%;在赤红壤中,硫酸铵处理下苋菜地上部和地下部 Cd含量和 Cd累积量增幅最大,分别增加了 56%、114%和 141%、293%。在两种土壤上施用硝酸钠显著降低了苋菜对 Cd的吸收和累积,其中地下部 Cd累积量分别低至 0.03和 0.06 μg/盆。因此,建议在黄棕壤上施用尿素,在赤红壤上施用硫酸铵,在提高苋菜生物量的同时,还能强化苋菜对 Cd的吸收累积效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of different types of nitrogen fertilizer oncadmium(Cd)accumulation in amaranthin different types of soils,a pot experiment was conducted,using Amaranshus mangostanus L.as the test material.Fivetreatments ofCO(NH 2)2,(NH4)2 SO4,NaNO3,NH4 NO3,CK(non-fertilizer)were set up on yellow brown soil andlateritic redsoil,and the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer was N 200 mg/kgsoil.The results showed that on yellowbrown soil,the Cd content and Cd accumulation in the shoot and root parts of amaranth increased in a largest degree underCO(NH2)2treatment,which increased by59%,90% and243%,259% respectively;In lateritic redsoil,the Cd contentand Cd accumulation in shoot and root of amaranth increased in the largest degreeunder(NH 4)2SO4treatment by56%,114% and141%,293%,respectively.The application of NaNO 3 on the two soils significantly reduced the absorptionand accumulation of amaranth Cd,and the accumulation of Cd in the root was as low as 0.03 and 0.06 μg/pot respectively.Therefore,it is suggested to applyCO(NH 2)2on yellow brown soiland(NH 4)2 SO4on lateritic redsoil,which can not onlyincrease the biomass ofamaranth,but also enhance the absorption and accumulation of amaranth Cd.
