    摘要:

    以 4年生“赤霞珠( Cabernet Sauvignon)”葡萄为研究对象,进行连续 2年滴灌[0 kg/hm2(CK)、 24.5 kg/hm2(T1)、34.0 kg/hm2(T2)、43.5 kg/hm2(T3)、53.0 kg/hm2(T4)、62.5 kg/hm2(T5)]和转色期叶面喷施[0 kg/hm2(CK)、0.5 kg/hm2(T1)、1.0 kg/hm2(T2)、1.5 kg/hm2(T3)、2.0 kg/hm2(T4)、2.5 kg/hm2(T5)]两种方式配合施 EDTA-Zn的田间试验,探讨强碱性灰钙土(pH>8.5)补充锌肥对酿酒葡萄锌含量、生长和品质的影响。结果表明:与不施锌肥(CK)相比,施锌肥处理酿酒葡萄锌含量、粒径、穗长、百粒重和产量分别增加了 42.1%~78.7%、2.6%~28.2%、10.1%~22.3%、3.0%~ 8.8%和 17.2%~216.6%。同时,与不施锌(CK)相比,酿酒葡萄的单宁含量降低 42.0%~ 67.9%,花色苷、总酚、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量分别提高了0.7%~71.9%、5.0%~80.6%、9.3%~ 24.0%和 10.4%~29.4%,而可滴定酸含量除 T 4外没有显著增加。相关分析表明,锌含量与穗长、百粒重、粒径、产量、总酚和可溶性糖均显著相关。综合酿酒葡萄锌含量和品质分析得出 T 3处理效果最好。在宁夏贺兰山东麓石灰性土壤条件下,EDTA-Zn施用量 45 kg/hm2左右对于提高酿酒葡萄的锌含量、产量和品质较为适宜。

    Abstract:

    Taking four-year“Cabernet Sauvignon”grape as the researchobject,two -year continuous applications of EDTA-Zn fertilizer with drip irrigation at five level[0 kg/hm2(CK),24.5 kg/hm2(T1),34.0 kg/hm2(T2),43.5 kg/hm2(T3), 53.0 kg/hm2(T4),62.5 kg/hm2(T5)],and combined with foliar spraying at fivelevel[0 kg/hm2(CK),0.5 kg/hm2(T1), 1.0 kg/hm2(T2),1.5 kg/hm2(T3),2.0 kg/hm2(T4),2.5 kg/hm2(T5)]in field trials were conducted to investigate the effectof supplementing zinc fertilizer on zinccontent,growth and quality of wine grapes at strong alkaline limestone soil(pH>8.5).The results showed that zinccontent,grainsize,earlength,100-grain weight and yield of wine grapes increased by 42.1%~78.7%,2.6%~28.2%,10.1%~22.3%,3.0%~ 8.8% and 17.2%~216.6%,compared with no zincfertilizer(CK).At the same time,compared with no zinc(CK),the tannin content of wine grapes decreased by 42.0%~67.9%,andthe anthocyanins,totalphenols,soluble solids and soluble sugar content increased by 0.7%~71.9%,5.0%~80.6%,9.3%~ 24.0% and 10.4%~29.4%,while the titratable acid content did not increase significantly except T 4.Correlationanalysis showed that zinc content was significantly correlated with ear length,100-grainweight,particlesize,yield,totalphenol and solublesugar.The analysis of zinc content and quality of synthetic wine grapes showed that T 3 treatment was thebest.Under the condition of calcareous soil in Helanmountain,Ningxia,the application rate of about 45 kg/hm2 EDTA-Znis suitable for improving the zinccontent,yield and quality of wine grapes.
