    摘要:

    探寻适合与化肥配施的生物菌肥用量,以期为土沉香苗木施肥提供指导。通过 2年生土沉香盆栽试验,以不同水平处理的生物菌肥与化肥配施,研究生物菌肥与化肥配施对土沉香生长、叶片生理和土壤养分含量的影响。结果表明,(1)施用单一生物菌肥及其与 N、P、K或复合肥配施对土沉香植株生长量均优于对照处理,M 5(10 g生物菌肥 +20 g复合肥)处理幼苗生长效果最好,与其他处理差异显著( P<0.05)。(2)不同水平处理组的土沉香叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均高于 CK,M 3处理叶绿素和可溶性糖的含量最大,M 5处理可溶性蛋白质含量最大。(3)生物菌肥与化肥配施皆可有效地提高土壤肥力,M2处理的土壤碱解 N含量增幅最大,M 5处理的有机质、有效 P和速效 K含量增幅最为显著。10 g生物菌肥与 20 g复合肥配施,促进土沉香生长的效果最好,增强土壤肥力的效果更佳,可作为此生物菌肥与复合肥配施的推荐用量。

    Abstract:

    A pot experiment was conducted with two-year-old Aquilaria sinensis,different rates of biological fertilizer wereapplied with different chemical fertilizers to explore the effects ongrowth,physiological indexes and soilnutrients,andfind a suitable combination of biological fertilizer and chemicalfertilizer.The results showedthat:(1)To thecontrol,the height and ground diameter of Aquilaria sinensishad been accelerated for all treatments with fertilizerapplication,and in the M5(10 g bio -fertilizer and 20 g chemical fertilizer)treatment the growth was thebest,which was significantly betterthan other treatments( P<0.05).(2)In all treatments,the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein in Aquilaria sinensisleaves increased significantly when compared to thecontrol.The increases of chlorophyll and soluble sugar were more remarkable in M3treatment,while the increase of soluble protein was most obvious in M 5treatment.(3)Theapplication of all the formulas of biological fertilizer and chemical fertilizer had significantly improved the soilfertility.The soil available nitrogen was most remarkable in M2treatment,while the increases of soil organicmatter,available phosphorus and available K were more obvious in M5treatment.These results demonstrated that M 5treatment(10 g bio -fertilizer and 20g chemical fertilizer)was the optimum formula to promote the growth of Aquilaria sinensisand strengthen soilfertility,which is the recommended dosage of the biological fertilizer and chemical fertilizer.
