    摘要:

    为探究大田生产条件下锗在土壤 -水稻系统中的迁移积累规律,在浙江常山县棋盘山采集了水稻表层土壤及籽实样品各 28件,测试了土壤的锗、镉等重金属、有机质含量及 pH值和水稻籽实锗及重金属含量,并对土壤、水稻籽实锗含量进行了相关分析,研究了水稻锗元素生物吸收系数的影响因素。结果表明,研究区表层土壤锗含量平均值为 1.48×10 -6,低于我国土壤锗含量平均值(1.70×10 -6);水稻籽实中锗元素平均含量仅为 0.031×10-6。研究区水稻锗元素生物吸收系数较低,仅为 0.64%~ 3.75%,表明大田条件下土壤锗较难在水稻籽实中富集。相关分析表明,在 pH值 5.20~ 6.90条件下,水稻对锗的吸收能力与土壤 pH值呈正相关,与土壤锗含量呈负相关,而与土壤中其他重金属无相关性。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the translocation and accumulation of germanium in soil-rice system under fieldconditions,28samples of paddy soil and rice samples were collected inQipanshan,Changshancounty,Zhejiang province.The contents ofgermanium,cadmium and other heavymetals,organic matter and pH value in paddysoil,as well as the contents of heavymetals and germanium in rice seed were tested.The correlation analysis of germanium content in soil and rice seeds wascarried out,and the influencing factors of germanium biological absorption coefficient were studied.The results showed that the average germanium content in paddy soil was 1.48×10-6,which was lower than the mean abundance of 1.70×10 -6 in China.The average germanium content in rice seeds was only 0.031×10 -6.The biological absorption coefficient ofgermanium in rice in the study area was only 0.64%~3.75%,which indicated that soil germanium was difficult to enrich inrice seeds under fieldconditions.The correlation analysis showed that the germanium absorption ability of rice was positivelycorrelated with soil pHvalue,negatively correlated with soil germaniumcontent,and no correlation with other heavy metalsin soil at pH value 5.20~6.90.
