连施石灰对 Cd污染土壤 Cd形态及稻麦吸收 Cd的影响

    摘要:

    为探索成都平原轻度 Cd污染耕地有效治理措施,以稻麦轮作耕地为研究对象,采用田间试验,施加不同梯度石灰作为钝化剂,研究连续 3年施加石灰后,对土壤 Cd形态以及水稻、小麦籽粒吸收 Cd的影响。结果表明,当每季石灰施用量为 2 250 kg/hm2时,稻麦产量较高,籽粒重金属 Cd含量达到《食品安全国家标准 -食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2012)规定的限值。当石灰施用量为 1 500~ 3 000 kg/hm2时,能有效提高土壤 pH值,改善土壤酸性。随石灰用量的增加土壤 Cd有效性降低,且水稻、小麦籽粒 Cd含量也随之降低。与对照相比,每季石灰施用量为 2 250和 3 000 kg/hm2的处理,水稻籽粒 Cd含量分别降低到 0.12和 0.08mg/kg;小麦籽粒 Cd含量分别降低到 0.097和 0.075 mg/kg。施用石灰可促进土壤中可交换态 Cd向可还原态和残渣态 Cd转换,土壤可交换态 Cd从对照的 44.1%降至 3 000 kg/hm2石灰处理的 29.0%;而残渣态从对照处理的 18.8%升高到34.3%。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effective treatment measures of mild Cd polluted cultivated land in ChengduPlain,the rice -wheat cropping arable land was taken as the researchobject.Field experiment was carriedout,and different gradient lime was applied as a passivating agent to study the effect of applying lime for 3 consecutive years on the soil Cd morphology andCd absorption of rice and wheat grain.The results showed that when the lime application rate was 2 250 kg/hm2perseason,the yield of rice and wheat was relativelyhigh,and the Cd content in the grain reached the limit specified in the“National Food Safety Standards -Limits of Contaminants in Food”(GB2762-2012).When the lime application rate was 1 500~ 3 000 kg/hm2,the soil pH value was improved and the soil acidity wasadjusted.With an increase of the content oflime,theavailability of soil Cddecreased,and meanwhile the contents of Cd in rice and wheat grain were alsoreduced.The amount oflime in a certain range can reduce the soil Cdeffectiveness.Compared with the controltreatment,when the lime application rate per season was 2 250 and 3 000 kg/hm2,the accumulation of Cd in rice grains was reduced to 0.12 and 0.08mg/kg,andthe Cd content of wheat grains was reduced to 0.097 and 0.075 mg/kg,respectively.The application of lime can promotethe conversion of exchangeable Cd in the soil to the reducible and residualCd.The soil exchangeable Cd of the treatment of 3 000 kg/hm2decreased tO29.0%,which was 44.1% for the control;and the residual Cd rose to34.3%,compared with 18.8% of the control.
