混种凤仙花嫁接后代对葡萄幼苗生长及镉积累的影响

Effects of intercropping with post-grafting generation of Impatiens balsamina on growth and cadmium accumulation of grape seedlings

    摘要:

    采用盆栽试验,以凤仙花未嫁接、同株嫁接、异株同苗嫁接、异株异苗嫁接后代与葡萄幼苗混种,研究在镉胁迫下混种凤仙花嫁接后代对葡萄幼苗生长及镉积累的影响。结果表明,与葡萄幼苗单种相比,混种凤仙花嫁接后代提高了葡萄幼苗的生物量、光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量,并显著降低了葡萄幼苗根系及地上部分的镉含量;混种凤仙花嫁接后代显著增加了土壤 pH值并降低土壤的有效态镉含量。其中,混种异株异苗株凤仙花嫁接后代促进葡萄幼苗生长和降低土壤镉积累的效果最好。与葡萄单种相比,混种异株异苗株凤仙花嫁接后代葡萄幼苗根系和地上部分的生物量分别增加了 47.25%和 23.16%;葡萄幼苗根系及地上部分的镉含量显著低于葡萄单种和其它嫁接处理;土壤的有效态镉含量较葡萄单种降低了 10.02%。本研究中葡萄幼苗混种的凤仙花嫁接后代均可应用于葡萄园镉污染土壤的修复,且最佳材料是凤仙花异株异苗嫁接后代。

    Abstract:

    Pot experiment was carried out to intercropping grape seedlings with Impatiens balsamina which non-grafted,self-rooted grafting by the same plant seedling,self -rooted grafting by two uniform plant seedlings,and self -rooted grafting bytwo different development stages of plant seedlings.The effects of intercropping with post -grafting generation of Impatiens balsaminaon the growth and cadmium accumulation of grape seedlings under cadmium stress werestudied.The results showed that intercropping with post-grafting generation of Impatiens balsaminaincreased thebiomass,photosynthetic pigmentcontent,antioxidant enzymeactivity,soluble protein and soluble sugar content of grape seedlings compared with singlegrape seedlings,while significantly decreased the cadmium content in root and above ground part of grape seedlings.Theintercropping significantly increased soil pH value and decreased the content of available cadmium insoil.Amongthem,the self-rooted grafting by two different development stages of plant seedlings had the best effect on promoting the growth of grapeseedlings and reducing the accumulation of cadmium insoil.Compared with single grapeseedlings,the biomass of root andabove ground part of grape seedlings were increased by 47.25% and23.16%,respectively.The content of cadmium in rootand above ground part of grape seedlings was significantly lower than those of single grape and other graftingtreatments,andthe content of available cadmium in soil was 10.02% lower than that of singlegrape.The intercropping grape seedlings with post-grafting generation of Impatiens balsamina in this experiment can be applied to the remediation of cadmium contaminatedsoil invineyards,and the best material is the self -rooted grafting by two different development stages of plant seedlings.
