    以“白玉春”萝卜为试料,研究了硼酸处理对萝卜幼苗糖代谢的影响。结果表明,硼酸处理提高了萝卜叶片可溶性总糖含量且以 0.6%硼酸效果最明显。在处理第 4 d,0.6%硼酸处理组的可溶性糖含量分别比其它组高12.21%(0.4%硼酸)、21.59%(0.2%硼酸)和29.90%(对照)。0.6%硼酸处理下萝卜叶片的蔗糖含量、葡萄糖含量以及果糖含量均显著高于对照。处理第 4、6、8 d,0.6%硼酸处理组的蔗糖含量分别高出对照 31.50%、

    Abstract:

    Variety‘Baiyuchun’ was selected as the test material to study the influence of boric acid on the metabolism of sugar in radish. The results showed that boric acid increased the content of soluble sugar in radish leaves and the change ofthose under 0.6% boric acid treatment was the best. At the 4 th day oftreatment,the soluble sugar content of 0.6% boric acidtreatment group was 12.21%(0.4% boricacid),21.59%(0.2% boricacid)and 29.90%(controlgroup),respectively,higher than that of other groups. 0.6% boric acid increased the content ofsucrose,glucose and fructose in radish leaves. Onthe 4th,6 th and 8 thday,the sucrose content of the 0.6% boric acid treatment group was31.50%,52.49% and 27.40%higher than that of the control group,respectively. At the 6 th and 8 thday,the glucose content of the treatment group was 11.48% and 12.80% higher than that of the control. The fructose content of treatment group was17.31%,33.14% and 25.34%higher than that of control at the 2 th,4 th and 6 th day. Meanwhile it increased the activity of acid invertase and neutralinvertase. At the 6 thday,the enzyme activity of the 0.6% boric acid treatment group was 3.04 times that of the control group. The activity of acid invertase in the treatment group was 3.32 and 1.22 times of that in the control group at the 4 th and 6 thday. 0.6% boric acid had no effect on the content ofstarch,but it affected the activity of α -amylase and β-amylase,with the former being inhibited and the latter being increased. The results suggested that boric acid regulated sucrose and starch metabolism by affecting the activity of related enzymes.
