    摘要:

    有机肥替代化肥对于提高土壤质量、改善农村和农业生产环境具有十分重要的现实意义。研究通过分析有机肥不同比例替代化肥对黑土土壤微生物生物量碳氮、土壤酶活性以及春麦籽粒产量品质等方面的影响,探讨该地区适宜的有机肥替代化肥减施比例。试验设置了不施肥(CK)、100%化肥(100%NPK)、25%有机肥+75%化肥(25%M)、50%有机肥+50%化肥(50%M)、100%有机肥(100%M)5个处理,有机替代无机比例以氮素用量计算,即有机氮替代化肥氮素的25%、50%、100%。于2019年8月春麦收获期采集土壤样品(0~20 cm)和小麦籽粒样品,测定分析了土壤生物肥力指标、小麦籽粒产量、品质等指标,并进行综合评价。结果表明,1)不同施肥处理之间土壤微生物生物量差异不同。25%M处理微生物生物量碳氮均达到最大值,与CK相比,其土壤微生物生物量碳氮分别提高了9.67%、28.64%,适量的有机无机肥料配合施用可以使土壤保持较高的微生物生物量。2)不同施肥处理对土壤酶活性有显著影响,与CK相比,各施肥处理土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶、β-纤维二糖苷酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶以及亮氨酸氨基肽酶活性均有不同程度的提高,其中全量有机肥和25%有机替代施肥处理显著提高了土壤酶活性。3)在小麦籽粒产量方面,处理间差异显著,与CK相比,各施肥处理产量增加了0.82%~24.34%,100%NPK和25%M这2个处理籽粒产量最高,二者差异不显著。作物氮肥农学效率、氮肥偏生产力与小麦产量对不同施肥处理的响应一致。100%NPK处理小麦籽粒、面粉及面团品质最高,有机肥处理(25%M、50%M和100%M)提升了小麦籽粒品质和面团品质的大部分指标,依然达到了优质中筋或强筋小麦的标准。4)通过对各处理经济效益的分析,从粮食增产的角度出发,以25%M处理投入产出比最小,可以有效提高肥料资源利用率,增加小麦产量,优化农业资源配置。综合分析有机肥替代化肥不同比例的3个处理,25%M处理在改善土壤生物学活性、增加春麦产量和改善品质方面的效果良好,同时可以提高氮肥农学效率和氮肥偏生产力,增加经济效益。

    Abstract:

    The substitution of organic fertilizers for chemical fertilizers is of great practical significance for improving soil quality and improving rural and agricultural production environments.This study analyzed the effects of different ratios of organic fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers on black soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen,soil enzyme activities,and spring wheat grain yield and quality,and explored the appropriate ratio of organic fertilizers to replace chemical fertilizers in this area.Five treatments were set up:no fertilizer(CK); 100% chemical fertilizer(100%NPK); 25% organic fertilizer+75% chemical fertilizer(25%M);50% organic fertilizer+50% chemical fertilizer(50%M); 100% organic fertilizer(100%M),the ratio of organic replacement to inorganic was calculated based on the amount of nitrogen,i.e.organic nitrogen replaced 25%,50% and 100% of chemical fertilizer nitrogen.Soil samples(0~20 cm)and wheat grain samples were collected during the spring wheat harvest in August 2019,and soil biological fertility indicators were measured and analyzed,and indicators such as wheat grain yield and quality were analyzed for comprehensive evaluation.1)The differences in soil microbial biomass among different fertilization treatments were different.The microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen reached the maximum in 25%M treatment.Compared with CK,the soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen increased by 9.67% and 28.64%,respectively.The combined application of appropriate organic and inorganic fertilizers can keep the biomass of soil microbes in high level.2)Different fertilization treatments had significant effects on soil enzyme activities.Compared with CK,each fertilization treatment soil β-glucosidase,β-cellobiosidase,acetylglucosaminidase,acid phosphatase and leucine amino peptide enzyme activities were improved to varying degrees,of which the full amount of organic fertilizer and 25% organic replacement fertilization treatment significantly improved soil enzyme activities.3)In terms of wheat grain yield,there were significant differences between treatments.Compared with CK,the yield of each fertilization treatment increased by 0.82%~24.34%.The two treatments of 100%NPK and 25% M had the highest grain yield,and the difference was not significant.The crop nitrogen fertilizer agronomic efficiency and nitrogen partial productivity were consistent with the response of wheat yield to different fertilization treatments.The quality of wheat grain,flour and dough was the highest in 100%NPK treatment.Organic fertilizer treatment(25%M,50%M and 100%M)improved most of the indexes of wheat grain quality and dough quality,and reached the high-quality medium gluten or strong gluten standard for wheat.4)Through the analysis of the economic benefits of each treatment,from the perspective of increasing grain production,25%M treatment had the smallest input-output ratio,and improved the utilization of fertilizer resources,increased wheat production,and optimized the allocation of agricultural resources.A comprehensive analysis of the three treatments with different ratios of organic fertilizers to chemical fertilizers,25%M treatment has a good effect in improving soil biological activity,increasing spring wheat yield and improving quality,and at the same time can improve nitrogen fertilizer agronomic efficiency and partial productivity,increase economic benefits.
