Effects of different fertilization patterns on yield,nutrient absorption and utilization of Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L. and soil enzyme activities

    摘要:

    采用大棚栽培试验方法研究不同施肥模式对结球甘蓝产量、养分吸收利用及土壤酶活性的影响,以期为结球甘蓝合理施肥提供理论依据。结果表明:与当地常规施肥(CF)相比,在化肥减量45.3%的条件下,用缓释肥部分替代化肥,并配施6000 kg·hm-2生物有机肥处理效果最佳,可显著提高产量,增加整株干物质与氮、磷、钾养分积累量,有效提高土壤酶活性,促进叶球某些中微量矿质元素吸收;具体表现为:较CF处理,增产12.9%,叶球Zn、Mg、Cu、Mn、Ca含量分别提高61.2%、7.2%、5.4%、12.5%、10.7%,Na含量降低39.9%,整株干物质积累量增加15.8%,氮、磷、钾养分积累量分别提高45.3%、17.1%、41.9%,肥料利用率分别提升24.3、8.8、33.3个百分点,脲酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高15.9%、80.0%、9.9%和121.3%。综合上述结果,以缓释肥部分替代化肥配施6000 kg·hm-2生物有机肥处理较为合适。

    Abstract:

    In order to provide theoretical basis for rational fertilization of Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L,the effects of different fertilization modes on yield,nutrient absorption and utilization of Brassica oleracea and soil enzyme activity were studied by greenhouse cultivation.The results showed that:compared with the local conventional fertilization(CF),under the condition of 45.3% reduction of chemical fertilizer,the treatment with slow-release fertilizer partially replacing chemical fertilizer in combination with 6000 kg · hm-2 bio-organic fertilizer had the best effect,which significantly increased the yield,the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients in the whole plant,improved the soil enzyme activity effectively and promoted the absorption of some medium and trace mineral elements in leaf bulbs;The specific performances were as follows:compared with CF,the yield increased by 12.9%,the contents of Zn,Mg,Cu,Mn and Ca increased by 61.2%,7.2%,5.4%,12.5% and 10.7%,the content of Na decreased by 39.9%,the dry matter accumulation of the whole plant increased by 15.8%,the nutrient accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium increased by 45.3%,17.1% and 41.9%,the fertilizer utilization efficiency increased by 24.3,8.8 and 33.3 percentage point,and the activities of urease,sucrase,alkaline phosphatase and catalase were increased by 15.9%,80.0%,9.9% and 121.3%,respectively.From the above results,it is suitable to use slow-release fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer in combination with 6000 kg·hm-2 bio-organic fertilizer.
