Effects of different substrate ratios and nutrient solution concentrations on the yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus seedlings

    摘要:

    以蒙古黄芪种子为材料,采用两因素裂区的试验设计和响应面分析等方法,探究不同基质比例(100%泥炭土、75% 泥炭土和25% 蛭石、50% 泥炭土和50% 蛭石、25% 泥炭土和75% 蛭石、100% 蛭石)和营养液浓度(1、2、3 倍)对蒙古黄芪种苗产质量的影响,并确定最佳的基质比例和营养液浓度,为蒙古黄芪优质种苗的繁育提供参考。结果表明:当基质比例为75% 泥炭土和25% 蛭石、霍格兰营养液浓度为2 倍(R2H2 处理)和3倍(R2H3 处理)时,蒙古黄芪种苗有着最高的产质量和总收入,种苗重量分别达324.9 和321.5 g/50 株,优质种苗率均达78.0%,总收入分别达723 和715 元/ 万株。因此,说明R2H2 处理可认为是最佳的蒙古黄芪基质育苗处理。

    Abstract:

    Taking Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus seedlings as material,the effects of different substrate ratios(100% peat soil;75% peat soil and 25% vermiculite;50% peat soil and 50% vermiculite;25% peat soil and 75% vermiculite;100% vermiculite)and nutrient solution concentrations(1,2,3 times)on the yield and quality of A. membranaceus var. mongholicus seedlings were investigated by using two-factor split zone experimental design and response surface analysis,and the optimal substrate ratios and nutrient solution concentrations were determined to provide reference for the breeding of high-quality A. membranaceus var. mongholicus seedlings. Results showed that when the substrate was 75% peat soil and 25% vermiculite,with Hoagland nutrient solution concentrations of 2 times(R2H2 treatment)or 3 times(R2H3 treatment),the A. membranaceus var. mongholicus seedlings achieved with the highest yield,quality and total income,seedlings weight reached 324.9 and 321.5 g/50 plants,the high-quality seedlings rate of the two treatments all reached 78.0%,and total income reached 723 and 715 yuan / 10000 plants,respectively. In other words,R2H2 treatment can be considered as the best treatment for A. membranaceus var. mongholicus substrate seedling cultivation.
