Effects of rhizobium agent and seed-coating agent on nodulation ability and yield of different soybean varieties

    摘要:

    为研究不同拌种材料对不同品种大豆根系结瘤能力和产量的影响,以郑1307和齐黄34为试验材料,设置对照(不拌种)、根瘤菌剂拌种(1010 CFU·mL-1大豆慢生根瘤菌)和悬浮种衣剂拌种(6.25%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂)3个处理,研究其对2个大豆品种根际土壤养分、结瘤能力和产量性状的影响。研究结果表明:(1)与对照相比,根瘤菌剂拌种后齐黄34结瘤优于郑1307,根瘤数、根瘤干重和鲜重分别增加22.73%、23.47%和8.33%。郑1307根瘤数、根瘤鲜重与对照相比分别增加6.67%、2.27%。与对照相比,悬浮种衣剂拌种后根际土壤无机氮含量降低,根系生物量增加。(2)与对照相比,郑1307根瘤菌剂和种悬浮衣剂拌种后产量相对稳定;但根瘤菌剂拌种后齐黄34产量显著增加15.22%,而悬浮种衣剂拌种后产量无增加。(3)根瘤数、根瘤鲜重和干重均与底荚高度呈显著负相关,但与有效分枝数呈极显著正相关;根瘤数及根瘤鲜、干重与根系生物量、秸秆生物量和产量也在一定程度上正相关。综上,2种拌种剂均通过改变根际土壤环境、调控根瘤和根系的生长,影响地上部的农艺性状,但根瘤菌剂对产量的提高效果优于悬浮种衣剂,其具体调控途径和机制还需进一步深入研究。研究结果为黄淮海地区大豆种子处理方式的优化和合理配置田间栽培管理技术提供理论支撑。

    Abstract:

    To determine the effects of different seed coating agents on nodulation ability and yield of soybean varieties,Zheng 1307 and Qihuang 34 were used as experimental materials to set up control (no seed dressing),seed dressing with rhizobium agent(1010 CFU·mL-1 soybean Bradyrhizobium)and seed dressing with supension seed-coating agent(6.25% semaloxalil · fludioxonil suspension). The effects of seed coating agents on the rhizosphere soil nutrients,nodulation ability and yield of two soybean varieties were tested. The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control,the nodulation ability of Qihuang 34 was better than Zheng 1307 after inoculated with rhizobium. Rhizobium inoculation increased the number,fresh and dry weight of nodules in Qihuang 34 by 22.73%,23.47% and 8.33%,respectively. And rhizobium inoculation increased the number and fresh weight of nodules in Zheng 1307 by 6.67% and 2.27%. Compared with the control,the content of available nitrogen in the rhizosphere soil decreased and the root biomass increased after seed dressing with supension seed-coating agent.(2)Compared with the control,the yield of Zheng 1307 was stable after seed dressing with either seed-coating agent or rhizobium agent. However,the yield of Qihuang 34 was significantly increased by 15.22% after inoculated with rhizobium,while there was no increase after dressing with supension seed-coating agent. (3)Nodule numbers,the fresh and dry weight of nodules were negatively correlated with bottom pod height,and positively correlated with the effective branch number. Nodule numbers,fresh and dry weight of nodules were positively correlated with root biomass,straw biomass and soybean grain yield. In conclusion,both seed-coating agents changed the rhizosphere soil environment and regulated the growth of nodules and roots,and consequently affected soybean agronomic traits. Rhizobium inoculation was more effective in improving soybean yield,whereas the underlying regulatory pathways and mechanisms need to be further studied. These results provided a theoretical support for the optimization of soybean seed treatment and allocation of field cultivation and management techniques in Huanghuaihai Plain.
