    摘要:

    研究酒糟有机肥对四川泸州雪茄烟叶品质的影响,为开发利用泸州地区丰富的酒糟资源,提高雪茄烟叶质量提供技术参照。采用大田试验,对施用酒糟有机肥和常规生产的雪茄烟叶(CK)进行常规化学成分、矿质元素含量、烟叶物理特性及感官评吸质量对比分析。结果表明,施用酒糟有机肥的雪茄烟株总体上较CK好,烟叶的糖含量、糖碱比、钾氯比和单叶重明显提高,烟叶的香气质、香气量、甜感和燃烧性得到提升。施用酒糟有机肥能够提高泸州地区雪茄烟品质,并为开发当地丰富的酒糟资源提供了可利用途径。

    Abstract:

    The effect of wine lees bioorganic manure on the quality of cigar tobacco leaves was studied in Luzhou,Sichuan province to exploit the rich liquor resources in Luzhou area and provide technical reference for improving the quality of cigar tobacco.Field experiments were conducted to compare the mineral element content,physical characteristics of tobacco leaves and sensory quality of the cigar tobacco under the both wine lees bioorganic manure application and local conventional fertilization (CK).Results showed that cigar plants with application of wine lees bioorganic manure were better than CK,the content of sugar,the ratio of sugar to alkali,the ratio of potassium to chlorine and the weight of single leaf in tobacco leaves increased obviously,and the aroma,sweetness and combustibility of tobacco leaves were improved.The application of wine lees bioorganic manure could improve the quality of cigar quality in Luzhou area.It also provides an available way for developing abundant local wine lees resources.
