Determination of free water for compound fertilizers is usually applied Karl Fischer method or vacuum oven method, a different extraction solvent can selected as Karl Frscher method is applied.The paper shows the scope of application of the methods mentioned above by determining the free water for compound fertilizers of different materials with the methods.
