Combining the "To estabsh representatative area of dry agriculture of nation",the subject in the seven representative areas of four regions in the east of Mongolia was studied.The data of precipitation and grain output from 1978 to 2001 were investigated and analyzed in three years,and the model of productive capacity of precipitation about the soybeans was established.
