Five quality characteristics of the 14 varieties of spring wheat in different grades of density and fertility have been comprehensively analyzed.The results indicated that fertility is critical factor,the sensitivity of pelshenke velum is higher than that of other quality characters,the sequence of the sensitivity of the quality characters is GMP,crude protein content,wet gluten content,pelshenke velum,sedimentation.
