This study approached the fertility and corn yield of a long- term different fertilization soil. The results showed that long- term fertilization promoted the increase of soil organic matter, total N, total P, available N, Available P and corn yield.That is to say, inorganic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure could raise soil nutrient capacity and supply intensity. It was beneficial to building up soil and raise crop yield, especially inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure.
