In present article, the automatically potemtiometric titration is described for determination of chloride ion in fertilizer and soil. The process of pre - treatment is simplified largely. Compared with Volhard method and the silver nitrate titration, this method is faster, more exact and accurate, and is not influenced by the color and turbidity of the solution.
