The color of cap, the diameter of cap, the length of stipe, the growth pattern of fruiting body and biology efficiency of seven Pleurotus ostreatus strains were observed and analyzed. The results indicated that the strain of LuZhi 1 has the best agronomic characters and goods straits and can be satisfied the need of Korea market, which color of cap is blue black. Its average diameter is 3 cm, the average length of stipe is 8 cm, fruiting body is cluster and biology efficiency can reach 100%.
