Sampling different planting years（1～30 years） soil in greenhouses from Dapuzi zone of Xining city，analyzing the content of soil salt and nutrients.The results showed that with the increasing of cultivation years，the salt content in- creased 13.40%～287.50%;pH reducing 10.13%～1.27% in contrast with the control，and they have opposite trends; The content of organic matter， total nitrogen and total phosphorus were significantly higher than the control，and the increas- ing percentage compared with the control area were 11.31%～145.24%，44.60%～172.47%，30.29%～191.70% re- spectively;meanwhile，the content of available nitrogen increased 14.07%～122.28% compared with the control area; The available phosphorus changed fluctuately， the percentage changing compared with control at 21.88%～218.75%.
