Using the orthogonal design for L9 （3 4），fertilizer tests on different concentration ration of nitrogen，phosphorus and potash were studied during seedling stages of one-year-aged of Juglans Regia in Tibet.Taguchi method used in this pa- per these three important factors and levels were optimized to get the best fertilizer program， the treatment of experiment A1B2C2 was the best，the optimal fertilizing amount of N，P，K were 7.5，30，15 g/m 2 ，the height was 24.9 cm，the basal diameter was 5.3 mm，the total dry weight was 4.1 g，shoot dry weight was 3.42 g，underground dry weight was 0.68 g， then moderate seedling height，the basal diameter at the most coarse，the quality of biomass，developed root system，seed- lings of the best quality.
