The contents of soil available boron and rubber yield were studied by sampling and investigation in the eastern of Hainan rubber planting areas.The results showed that the soil available boron contents was 0010~1635 mg·kg-1and average was 0301 mg·kg-1 in the eastern of Hainan rubber planting areas.4532%of the soil available boron content was very low and 4643% was low.92%of the soil available boron content was lower than the critical value of boron deficiency.The negative correlation was significant between the average contents of soil available boron and the rubber yield in the rubber plantation，but the effects of the average contents of soil available boron on the dry rubber yield was no significant.
