    摘要:

    研究根系分区交替灌溉条件下灌水量和氮、磷、钾肥用量对番茄果实中Vc含量的影响。在根系分区交替灌溉条件下,采用四元二次正交旋转组合设计,通过盆栽试验,建立番茄果实Vc含量与水肥因子的数学模型,并对各单一因素及两两因素的耦合效应进行分析。结果表明,在其他因子为中间水平时,番茄果实Vc含量随灌水量和施磷量的增加先增加后减少,随施钾量呈先减少后增加的变化趋势,不随氮肥用量的变化而变化。各水肥用量对番茄果实Vc含量影响的大小顺序为:灌水量(X1)>施磷量(X3)>施钾量(X4)>施氮量(X2)。交互效应表现为,灌水量和施磷量、施氮量和施钾量间的负交互作用对番茄果实Vc含量影响显著。中等灌水量配施中量磷肥,适量减少氮肥或钾肥,有利于番茄果实Vc含量的增加。相关研究结果需要进一步验证。

    Abstract:

    The effects of irrigation amount and fertilizer rates of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) fertilizers on the vitamin C(Vc) content in tomato fruits were investigated by pot experiment under alternate partial root zone irrigation.Quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation design with four factors was used in this study.A regression model on water and fertilizers and Vc content in tomato was established.Single and coupling effects were analyzed.The results showed that if other factors were zero codes,the Vc content in tomato increased firstly but then decreased with irrigation amount or P fertilizer rate,while decreased firstly but then increased with K fertilizer rate.However,it was not affected by N fertilizer rate.The order of effects on Vc in tomato was irrigation(X1)>P(X3)>K(X4)>N(X2).Interaction effects between irrigation amount and P fertilizer rate and between N and K fertilizer rates were presented significantly negatively.The application of medium irrigation amount with P fertilizer rate,low N or K fertilizer could enhance the Vc content in tomato fruits.The related results still remain farther test and verify.
