    摘要:

    采用单因素随机区组设计,在辽宁省葫芦岛市绥中县通过大田试验研究了PGPR菌肥对马铃薯产量和土壤氮磷钾养分的影响。结果表明,增施促生菌肥比常规施肥,地下块茎部分钾素吸收率高出998%,氮素吸收率高出1961%,磷素吸收率高出201%。马铃薯产量比常规施肥提高124%,明显提高肥料利用率,证明在配施生物菌肥的条件下提高马铃薯产量是可行的。

    Abstract:

    Through single factor randomized block design,field experiment was conducted to study the influence of PGPR biofertilizer on the yield of potato and the nutrients(nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium)of potato in the Suizhong county of Huludao city,Liaoning province.The results showed that,the application of PGPR biofertilizer,potassium absorption rate of the underground part of the tuber was higher 998% than the conventional fertilization treatment,nitrogen absorption rate was higher than 1961% than the conventional fertilization treatment,phosphorus absorption rate was higher 201% than the conventional fertilization treatment.The results showed that PGPR biofertilizer could increase potato yield by 124% compared with the conventional fertilization treatment,significantly improve the utilization rate of fertilizer.Fully proved,it is feasible to improve the yield of potato in the application of biological fertilizer conditions.
