    摘要:

    采用盆栽试验研究喷施不同浓度的锌对桔梗生长和有效成分含量的影响。结果表明,喷施一定浓度的锌可以提高叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,增强光合作用,促进桔梗根部生长,提高桔梗根中总皂苷和总多糖的含量。其中叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量,光合作用,桔梗根粗、根重和根中总皂苷含量随着锌浓度的升高,表现出先升高后降低的趋势。株高和根中多糖含量随着锌浓度的变化没有规律。喷施锌对叶绿素b的含量和根长影响不显著。本试验中600 mg/L是喷施锌的最适浓度。

    Abstract:

    The influence of the growth of Platycodon grandiflorum and its active constituent by spray zinc of different concentration had been studied by a pot experiment in a weather enclosure The result showed that spraying zinc could increase the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid of leaves,enhance photosynthesis,promote the growth of root,and improve the content of total saponins and total polysaccharides in the root of Platycodon grandiflorum And the content of chlorophyll a and carotenoid,photosynthesis,the diameter,weight and the content of total saponins of root showed up increased at first,then decreased as increasing of zinc concentration While plant height and total polysaccharides do not showed any rule And spraying zinc did not have significant difference on chlorophyll b and the length of root The conclusion was that 600 mg/L was the optimal concentration to spray zinc on Platycodon grandiflorum
