    摘要:

    以尿素、高吸水性树脂、低品位磷矿、风化煤、膨润土等为主要材料,制备了一种既有吸水保水功能又有缓释功能的双层包膜尿素。对其工艺条件进行了优化,结果表明,当以低品位磷矿为缓释材料,粘结剂浓度为50%,石蜡用量为10%,保水剂粒径为015 mm时,保水缓释肥在水中24 h和168 h氮素累计释放率分别为436%和265%,在土壤中64 d氮素累计释放率为4934%,常压下吸附肥料自身质量203倍的水分。加有保水缓释肥的土壤保水率曲线表明,该保水缓释肥可明显降低水分蒸发率,提高土壤水分的有效性,改善土壤释水、保水的能力。保水缓释肥兼有吸水、保水和养分缓释性能,具有较好开发和应用前景。

    Abstract:

    A slow release urea with the function of water absorption and water retention(SAPCU) was prepared by open equipment disc granulator using urea,super absorbent polymer,low grade phosphate rock,weathered coal and bentonite as the main materials The optimum preparation process were obtained The results showed that when using phosphate rock as slow release material,the concentration of the binder was 50%,the dosage of paraffin was 10%,the particle size of super absorbent polymers was 015 mm.The N dissolution rates in water of SAPCU after 24 hours and 168 hours were 436% and 265%,respectively N accumulated leaching rates in soil of SAPCU after 64 days was 4934% Water absorbency of fertilizers was 203% in the tap water The measurement results of soil water retention characteristic curve showed and that SAPCU could decrease water evaporation obviously,and improve effectiveness of soil water release and water retention SAPCU was one of new slow release fertilizers that have the potential of development and application
