Studied the influence of different factors on the growth of Burkholderia vietnamiensis B418 by using uniform design experimentation,orthogonal experimentation and simple factor design of experiment.the optimum medium component were including(g·L-1):glucose 10,peptone 5,MgSO4 2,(NH4)2SO4 3,corn meal 30,soybean meal 10,KH2PO4 1,K2HPO4 1,initial pH 75.The main factors affecting bacterial population were MgSO4 and (NH4)2SO4.Other culture condition optimization were including inoculation quantity 5%,culture temperature 28 ℃,culture time 28 h,rotate speed 180 r·min-1.After culture in a 500 L fermentor using optimum condition,the air flux were 1~3 L·min-1,the strain was into logarithmic growth phase after 16 h,and into stationary phase after 28 h.The bacterial population were to reach 210.5×108 cfu·mL-1 in the end.
