    摘要:

    对甘肃省酒泉市肃州区和张掖市临泽县戈壁滩日光温室蔬菜栽培基质的盐分、酸碱度、有机质与全量、速效养分含量等进行了调查。结果表明,(1)临泽基地所有样品的盐分含量均处于中盐度以上水平,各盐分离子含量均显著高于肃州基地基质。(2)两基地栽培基质的pH值普遍偏高。(3)两基地栽培基质的有机质含量普遍偏低。(4)临泽基地栽培基质的硝态氮、速效磷和速效钾含量普遍处于高含量水平,而肃州基地栽培基质的硝态氮含量普遍居于中、低含量水平,速效磷和钾含量普遍居于高含量水平;两基地栽培基质的速效S、Fe、Zn和B含量普遍处于高含量水平,速效Cu含量普遍处于较高以上含量水平,速效Mn含量普遍处于中等以上含量水平。(5)肃州和临泽两基地栽培基质的全氮、全磷和全钾含量丰富;速效氮数量严重不足,速效磷量极为丰富,速效钾量较为丰富。蔬菜需氮量估算值显著高于基质的速效氮量,蔬菜需磷、钾量估算值远低于基质的速效磷量与速效钾量。

    Abstract:

    This study was conducted to determine the status of salinity,pH and fertility (OM,total nutrients,and available nutrients) of representative organic cultivation substrate samples from greenhouse vegetable field in gobi desert regions,Gansu province.The results showed that:(1) In general,the total salt contents in cultivation substrate were over high in Linze experimental region,with total salt contents in all samples being above medium salinity evaluation index (>5 g/kg).All the individual salt ion contents in Linze experimental region were significantly higher than in Suzhou experimental region,with much higher chloride salinity in Linze experimental region.(2) The pH values in most cultivation substrate samples were beyond proper pH ranges for vegetable growth.The percentage of samples with pH value being higher than 6.5 was 75.0% in Linze experimental region and 100.0% in Suzhou experimental region.(3) The organic matter contents were in range of medium to low levels in most cultivation substrate samples.The sample percentages with OM content being lower than 40% was 66.6% in Linze experimental region and 55.0% in Suzhou experimental region,respectively.(4) Contents of NO-3-N in most cultivation substrate samples were at high evaluation levels in Linze experimental region,but at medium and low evaluation levels in Suzhou experimental region.Contents of available P and K in cultivation substrates in Linze and Suzhou experimental regions were generally at high evaluation levels.In Linze and Suzhou experimental regions,available S,Fe,Zn and B contents were at high evaluation levels,available Cu at relatively high evaluation level,and available Mn above medium evaluation levels.(5) Cultivation substrates in Linze and Suzhou experimental regions were abundant in the amount of total N,P and K,seriously deficient in the amount of available N,extremely abundant in the amount of available P,and moderately abundant in the amount of available K.The calculated amount of available N was significantly lower than the estimated vegetable N requirements,much higher amount of available P and available K in cultivation substrates than vegetable requirements,indicating that the nutrient management should focus on N and to less extent on K as the extremely high K requirements by vegetable.
