    摘要:

    采用水培试验方法(供试磷浓度分别为0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mmol/L),研究不同供磷水平对大蒜的产量、光合特性和品质的影响。结果表明,鳞茎的鲜质量、鳞茎横径、蒜苔的鲜质量、蒜苔长度和抽苔率随磷浓度的升高呈先增加后降低的趋势,至1.5 mmol/L处达到最大,比缺磷处理(0 mmol/L)分别提高891%、177%、283%、415%和519%。鳞茎和蒜苔中磷含量则随营养液中磷浓度的升高呈极显著正相关关系。磷浓度为1.5 mmol/L时,大蒜叶片的光合色素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)均达到最大值,低于或高于这一值,上述指标则降低。鳞茎和蒜苔的品质指标随磷浓度的升高也呈先增后降的趋势,其中Vc、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量的最大值出现在1.5 mmol/L处;而大蒜素含量的最大值出现在2.0 mmol/L处。由此可见,在本试验条件下,栽培大蒜的最佳磷浓度为1.5 mmol/L。

    Abstract:

    The effects of different phosphorus (P) levels on yield,photosynthetic characteristics and quality of garlic were studied by using hydroponic experiment.Six different P concentrations at 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 mmol/L were designed.The results indicated that the fresh weight of bulb,the transverse diameter of bulb,the fresh weight of bolt,the bolt diameter and the bolting rate were increased at firstly and then decreased with the increasing of P concentrations,these yield related indexes under the treatment of 1.5 mmol/L were the highest,which were increased by 891%,177%,283%,415% and 519% respectively compared to the treatment of 0 mmol/L.The P content in bulb and bolt were highly significantly correlated with the increasing of P concentrations.The pigment contents and photosynthetic parameters (Pn,Tr,Gs) of leaf were the highest at 1.5 mmol/L P concentration,and they were decreased at below or above 1.5 mmol/L P.The quality index in bulb and bolt were also increased at firstly and then decreased with the increase of P concentrations.Among them,the maximal value of vitamin C,soluble sugar,free amino acid and soluble protein contents appeared at 1.5 mmol/L P concentration,while allicin content at 2.0 mmol/L.Thus it can be seen that,the 1.5 mmol/L P concentration was the best treatment to garlic under the condition of this study.
