    摘要:

    以番茄为材料,采用盆栽试验的方法研究了不同施肥量对番茄生长发育、SPAD值、过氧化物酶活性、根系活力以及叶片超微结构的影响。结果表明,与施用N 0.2 g/kg土、K2O 0.22 g/kg土相比,施用N 0.8 g/kg土、K2O 0.88 g/kg土时,植株高度在花期和果实膨大期分别降低了7.66%和9.84%,茎粗分别下降了4.58%和17.05%;SPAD值在果实膨大期,施肥量达到N 2.0 g/kg土、K2O 2.2 g/kg土时明显下降;叶片中POD的活性随着施肥量的增加而增强;丙二醛(MDA)含量随着施肥量的增加而增加。根系活力随着施肥量的增加而下降,施肥量达到N 0.8 g/kg土、K2O 0.88 g/kg土时活力明显下降。在施肥量达到N 1.6 g/kg土、K2O 1.76 g/kg土时,叶绿体基粒片层不明显,基质片层模糊,有较多的嗜锇颗粒。线粒体内部出现空洞,嵴结构变得模糊,质壁分离明显。综合看来,施肥量达到N 0.8 g/kg土、K2O 0.88 g/kg土时植株能正常生长,超过N 1.6 g/kg土、K2O 1.76 g/kg土时植株生长出现障碍。

    Abstract:

    A series of pot experiments were conducted to understand the effects of fertilizer amount on the growth,SPAD,the peroxidase activity,root activity and ultrastructure of leaves of tomato The results indicated plant height at flowering and fruit enlargement period were decreased by 7.66% and 9.84%,stem diameter decreased by 4.58% and 17.05% for the treantment of application of N 0.8 g/kg soil,K2O 0.88 g/kg soil compared with the application of N 0.2 g/kg soil,K2O 0.22 g/kg soil.The value of SPAD in the fruit enlargement period decreased apparently when fertilization amount was N 2.0 g/kg soil,K2O 2.2 g/kg soil.POD activity in the leaves increased with the increase of fertilizer application,but the root activity was contrary and decreased obviously when fertilizer amount was N 0.8 g/kg soil,K2O 0.88 g/kg soil.The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) appeared an increasing trend.When the fertilization amount was N 1.6 g/kg soil,K2O 1.76 g/kg soil,chloroplast grana lamellae was getting to be not obvious,stroma lamellae became to be fuzzy,and osmiophilic particles increased.The cavity appeared in the mitochondrial inner,ridge structure became fuzzy,plasmolysis was obvious.In a word,plants could grow normally with fertilization amount of N 0.8 g/kg soil,K2O 0.88 g/kg soil,and when fertilization amount was more than N 1.6 g/kg soil,K2O 1.76 g/kg soil,plant couldnt grow well.
