    摘要:

    为了阐明不同施肥方式对干旱区栗钙土中微生物量碳含量的影响,利用长期定位试验研究了土壤微生物量碳含量的季节变化及其在不同土层中的分布。结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,不同施肥方式均增加了微生物量碳的平均含量,其中有机肥和无机肥配施(NPKM)的增幅最大,其次是单施有机肥(M),单施化肥(NPK)的增幅最小,增幅分别为56.7%、39.9%和27.3%。不同施肥方式下的微生物量碳均有较明显的季节变化,马铃薯苗期和收获后的微生物量碳含量较低,变化范围为40.6~51.4 mg·kg-1,马铃薯块茎形成期和膨大期含量最高,变化范围为49.2~63.4 mg·kg-1。不同施肥方式下微生物量碳的含量及处理之间的差异在0~10 cm土层最大,随着土层的加深,微生物量碳的含量及处理间差异均减小。所以在阴山北麓地区增施有机肥,尤其是有机肥与化肥配合施用对增加耕层土壤有机质,提升微生物量碳含量有重要作用。

    Abstract:

    The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of long term fertilization on soil microbial biomass carbon(SMBC)for the upper soil profile(0~40 cm)in the chestnut soil of northern China.The results showed that the average SMBC content was increased by different fertilizers compared to the unfertilized control(CK).Among these,treatment with a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers(NPKM)yielded the greatest increase in SMBC content,followed by treatment with organic fertilizers only(M)and lastly by treatment with inorganic fertilizers only(NPK).The respective average SMBC contents produced by these three treatments were 57.1 mg·kg-1,51.0 mg·kg-1,and 46.4 mg·kg-1,which means 56.7%,39.9% and 27.3% respective percentages of increase.The SMBC content also varied depending on the season,as it was less during the potato seeding stage and after harvesting(40.6~51.4 mg·kg-1)and reached the maximum value(49.2~63.4 mg·kg-1)during the potato tuber formation and expansion period.The SMBC content as well as SMBC variations between different treatments was most significant in the 0~10 cm soil layer,and both the content amount and differences in treatment effects decreased in deeper soil layers.In conclusion,the application of organic manure,or,better,the combined application of organic manure plus chemical fertilizer,was an effective measure to improve SMBC in north area of Yinshan Mountain.
