沼渣底施对黄瓜、番茄根围土壤微生态结构及产品品质的影响

    摘要:

    在3年黄瓜、番茄的连作棚内,研究了沼渣、鸡粪和化肥以相同养分含量底施,对土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性及产品品质的影响。结果表明,沼渣处理的黄瓜、番茄土壤微生物数量,与化肥处理相比,真菌数量的降低率分别为38.08%和13.36%,放线菌数量的增高率分别为17.91%和66.67%,细菌数量的增高率分别为77.03%和35.95%;与鸡粪处理相比,真菌数量的降低率分别为16.58%和5.05%,放线菌数量的增高率分别为7.14%和60.49%,细菌数量的增高率分别为26.28%和21.40%。沼渣底施利于多年连作土壤微生物由真菌型向细菌型过渡,降低真菌病害的发生率;与化肥处理相比,可有效提高连作土壤蔗糖酶、中性磷酸酶和脲酶的活性,改善黄瓜和番茄的品质;与鸡粪处理相比,土壤蔗糖酶和中性磷酸酶活性提高,对品质影响不显著。

    Abstract:

    This experiment used greenhouse cucumber and tomato as experimental material to research the effect of the application of biogas residue,chicken manure and chemical fertilizer on soil microorganism quantity and enzyme activity and crop quality.The results showed that the biogas residue treatment reduced the number of fungi in the cucumber and tomato plant soils by 38.08% and 13.36%,increased the number of actinomyces by 17.91% and 66.67%,and increased the number of bacteria by 77.03% and 35.95%,respectively,compared to treatment with chemical fertilizer.Compared to treatment with chicken manure,the number of soil fungi was reduced by 16.58% and 5.05%,the number of actinomyces was increased by 7.14% and 60.49%,and the number of bacteria was increased by 26.28% and 21.40%,respectively.Thus,continuous application of the biogas residue treatment may transform the soils microecological structure from fungi to bacterial type,which may reduce the incidence of fungal diseases.At the same time,when compared with chemical fertilizer,biogas residue could effectively improve the cucumber,tomato continuous cropping soils invertase content,neutral phosphatase content and urease activity and subsequently improve the quality of cucumbers and tomatoes produced.Compared with chicken manure,biogas residue could effectively improve the soil invertase content and neutral phosphatase activity,though there was no significant influence on the quality of cucumbers and tomatoes produced.
